Jackie is passionate about fitness and cares about her clients’ health and well-being. She is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals with her diverse total body workouts that she tailors to your goals and time. If you do not have a gym membership, she will provide exercises you can do at home.

She embraces the fact that we all have different shapes and sizes and encourages you to love your own body. Her personal training approach is supportive, encouraging and non-judgmental. I enjoy my workouts with Jackie, even though at times I have T-rex arms on the drive home!

I have been an athlete all my life and decided to try bodybuilding competitions in 2014. I joined a team and after a few shows, I realized that I wasn’t seeing results anymore. Jackie is the MacGyver of personal training. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was able to plan a high intensity, 30 minute workout with nothing but a can of kidney beans and a greeting card.
