Get Moving!

Join me in my gym and get ready to work! I will design a balanced, total-body workout for you, or weekly workout splits that target a specific area of the body in which you would like to focus. You can choose to work out with me regularly, or I can design workouts that you can do on your own at your home or at a gym or rec center.

Adult Sessions

I have a full in-home gym were we will work out. In the summer months, much of my gym is moved outdoors by my private lake. My one-hour adult sessions are packed with action so come ready to sweat. View Terms of Use.

Youth Sessions

I have a group of young athletes I train for any sport. My youth sessions are one hour and focus on strength and agility specific to that athlete's needs and goals.

Mobile Fitness Sessions

I will come to you and tailor our workout to the group’s needs. Groups can be as small as three people and up to 16. Exercises are appropriate for anyone with physical limitations and can be performed at your home or other workout space.


Small Group Sessions

Join my small group fitness sessions for a total body class. I limit the class to 4 people, and the class is set up as a circuit training format to maximize calorie burn and energy expenditure. It’s a blast!
